Focus: Process Automation

Make the handling of documents as comfortable as possible: Compart has been dedicated to this goal for years with the development of innovative software and professional services for the customer communication of the future. The market leader for multichannel document and output management uses modern technologies and architectural approaches such as Cloud Computing, REST API, Blockchain and Docker-Container to name only the most important current trends. These topics will therefore also set the agenda for the international trade congress on 7 and 8 November 2019 in Sindelfingen.

Compart's philosophy is to support companies in their increasingly complex document processing. It sees itself as a "bridge builder" between the analogue and digital worlds. Harald Grumser, founder and CEO: "We want our customers to be able to concentrate on the tasks that help them as a company. The focus is on the further automation of processes for the creation, processing, administration and dispatch of documents of all types and formats.

Further key topics on Comparting:

  • Standardized, central document conversion as driver for artificial intelligence in digital incoming mail processing
  • Seamless monitoring and auditing of document production (360-degree view)
  • Process control/modelling of the new generation ("API First")
  • Embedding of individual correspondence (office documents) in central document production

Visitors of this year's Comparting will see the development of Compart since its foundation 27 years ago in the lectures, conversations and product presentations. Started as a conversion specialist in output management, the globally active group of companies has undergone a fundamental change. The core product family DocBridge Suite has meanwhile been extended by trend-setting solutions for the automation of processes in input and output management and the universal document design, taking into account the requirements of modern customer communication (e.g. accessibility, personalization, multichannel capability, central data storage, rule conformity).

Harald Grumser, CEO Compart

Harald Grumser: "Digital processes need access to the content of documents and artificial intelligence needs eyes and ears". According to Grumser, it is becoming more and more important to standardize processes and to obtain the data necessary for automation from the outset and to carry it with you or store it centrally. This will also be on the agenda at the Stadthalle Sindelfingen on 7 and 8 November.
