DocBridge® Communication Suite generates documents for printing, digital dispatch and archiving. An outstanding feature is the automated print control, which enables both local and cloud printing and automatically recognizes the correct paper. Integration is carried out quickly and efficiently through configuration rather than programming, which ensures a high level of customization speed. Encrypted data transmission between Salesforce and the DocBridge® instance ensures the security and confidentiality of the transmitted information.

DocBridge® Communication Suite can be seamlessly integrated into the CRM system Salesforce. There, it enables users to efficiently create documents for customer communication and send them directly.

It receives data via REST interfaces, links it to centrally managed, customizable, multilingual document templates and thus enables uniform and flexible document creation via a web-based editor.

Cloud-based document creation, local printing: World Wildlife Fund optimizes document processing

The World Wildlife Fund was looking for a solution to create postal documents directly in the cloud and print them locally. Previous solutions could no longer fulfill the central maintenance of multilingual document templates and the correct generation of QR codes.
