Turbo for Your Template Transition in the DocBridge® Communication Suite

With the upcoming autumn 2025 release of the DocBridge® Communication Suite, Compart is introducing a major new feature that will fundamentally simplify the document template migration process. A new AI Assistant will allow users to upload existing PDF documents directly into the suite and automatically convert them into editable communication templates.

The Challenge: Manual Template Migration

Companies modernizing their Customer Communication Management (CCM) landscape face the core challenge of migrating their existing document libraries. Manually recreating templates based on static formats like PDF is a traditionally time-consuming and resource-intensive process.

The Solution: AI-powered Conversion

This new feature extends the AI Assistant already integrated into the suite. The process is designed to be incredibly simple for the user:

 

  1. PDF Upload:

    A user uploads a representative PDF document (e.g., an invoice, a policy, or a letter) into the design workspace of the DocBridge® Communication Suite.

  2. AI Analysis & Conversion:

    The AI Assistant analyzes the visual structure of the PDF. It identifies layout elements such as text blocks, graphics, tables, and their precise positioning.

  3. Template Creation:

    Based on this analysis, the AI generates a structured and well-formed template. The result is a clean template that can be used directly in DocBridge® Communication Suite for further editing.
