Presentation:
Visible. Secure. Smart. – Output in motion at the BGW
The presentation shows how the BGW has fundamentally modernized its output management in terms of technology and organization. Key elements include the end-to-end processing of PCL and PDF data streams, the integration of different document types, automated address validation, and a new processing chain based on a DocBridge pilot input instance and a complete output instance. Special attention is paid to the active use of Document Desktop for cancellation, monitoring, and tracking of shipments – including status information such as “transfer,” “print,” “sent,” or “canceled.” The daily night processing of daily mail is also highlighted. The presentation highlights how crucial openness, transparency, and active change management were in building trust in the new system – especially among employees who were working without physical printouts for the first time.

User Perspective: Building a Cost-Efficient, Kubernetes-Based OMS Platform
Discover how enovetic built a modern, Kubernetes-based output management platform to process more than 9,000 template variants for over 250 tenants. With an annual volume exceeding 40 million pages, the company faced significant challenges in terms of performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. This authentic customer success story highlights the migration from a historically grown, in-house solution—running on more than 40 servers with a proprietary PDF generation engine—to the modern Compart Output Management Platform. The legacy infrastructure suffered from performance and stability issues, relied on HTML-only previews that did not accurately reflect the final documents, lacked transparency in asynchronous email delivery, and incurred high costs for additional hardware required to handle sporadic workload peaks. We demonstrate the technical challenges encountered during the transition to a cloud-native architecture and how enovetic’s diverse business requirements were addressed using Compart modules—from migrating all templates via a dedicated factory, to autoscaling preview generation, and achieving linear scalability for batch processing workloads.

In 2020, he joined Mobilize Financial Services. He initially worked there as IT Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) before being appointed International IS/IT Director in 2024. Today, he is responsible for IT strategy in over 30 countries, leads the development of the “Miles” Center of Excellence, and manages the delivery of the “Miles Platform Program” – a strategic initiative to harmonize MFS’ banking products, services, and IT systems in its 10 most important European markets. Throughout his career, Karim Tsouli has always been motivated to develop organizations, promote innovation, and design sustainable solutions in a constantly changing environment.

Presentation:
Driving the Future of Mobility – Customer Communication in the New Automotive Finance Era
The automotive industry is in turmoil. Vehicle electrification is underway, but it is slower than expected. Political and geopolitical uncertainties and competition from new market entrants are only exacerbating this crisis. The captive banks of traditional manufacturers initially rode the wave of euphoria surrounding new mobility solutions in the early 2020s. They are increasingly refocusing on their core business to become true industrial car financing factories. The new challenge is to streamline products, services, insurance, and processes in order to operate on the basis of a shared IT solution across markets. MFS is no exception to this rule. As part of an ambitious transformation program between 2024 and 2032, MFS will renew its IT landscape in its 10 main European markets. This includes the implementation of an efficient document production solution that is cost effective and open to future technologies.

Comparting 2026: Your Platform for Knowledge, Inspiration and Professional Exchange

Join us on 12 and 13 March 2026, when Comparting takes you on a journey into the future of Omnichannel Communication – realistic, practice-driven and solution-oriented.

Comparting is the leading European conference for omnichannel customer communication, output management and document processing. Every two years, experts from IT, business and specialist departments come together – from users and developers to decision-makers.

In 2026, you can again expect a varied programme on current industry topics and innovative product updates from Compart. How does modern customer communication succeed? What role do automation, interactivity and intelligent output management play in daily operations? And how can organisations future-proof their communication processes? At Comparting, you will receive concrete, actionable answers.

At a glance – what to expect:

  • From the field: Numerous companies report on real-world challenges and successes with Compart solutions.
  • Experience it live: Product demos show how workflows can be optimised, processes automated and how AI generates tangible value — directly within real scenarios.
  • Strategic outlook: Roadmap and future strategy of the DocBridge® solutions.
  • Market & trends: What developments will shape customer communication tomorrow?
  • Plenty of room for dialogue: Personal exchange with industry peers, Compart experts and sector representatives.
