Technological Opportunities Within Output Management - Economies of Scale by Combining Input and Output Management

Michael Spiess, ReadSoft

Companies today face ever growing challenges to position themselves successfully in the market and to sustain their market position.

Traditional differentiation through products and solutions has become less effective, whereas image and customer service play an increasingly important role. Society is also changing today, impacting the way we communicate. Classic communication channels are becoming less important with new media leaping ahead. Silo organizations and immature IT exacerbates the problem - we simply no longer understand our customers.

The connection of both Input and Output processes delivers solutions to overcome these challenges and forms a solid foundation for "Operational Excellence".
