Color Workflows: Practice Leaving Theory Behind
Bernd Steglich, COMPART
Abstract
Whoever tries to work with color in document processing, knows, that he has to deal with color profiles. The conversion of color values during input and output processing has to be defined by these profiles. This theoretical approach meets several stumbling blocks in practical experience.
Existing workflows for document processing have to be supplemented by appropriate color adjustments. The variety of workflow types have to be considered eg. In general workflows have to be defined.
The presentation will be responsive to these stumbling blocks, which need to be defined in workflows.
