Compart and Docucom forge powerful alliance

DocBridge Domtrac

Compart, a leading global provider of multi-channel document management solutions, has entered into an alliance with Docucom, a leading systems integrator in the preparation, handling and archiving of critical customer communications.

The new solution DocBridge Domtrac features preconfigured interfaces to enable quick unrestricted integration of existing third-party composition tools and ECM solutions (Enterprise Content Management) to foster a non-disruptive workflow, while protecting existing investment in customer communication applications.
"We are very excited to be collaborating with our long-term partner Docucom to provide this comprehensive multi-channel solution," said Harald Grumser, Compart’s co-founder, chairman and CEO. "This alliance changes the game for Output Management and provides a clear path forward for enterprises seeking a cost effective way to meet the challenges of today's rapidly changing market."

Based on the DocBridge Pilot engine and functionality, DocBridge Domtrac provides a ready-to-use ADF 2.0 (Automated Document Factory) solution that integrates composition and provides support for additional ECM applications. It ensures that every document in an organization, including raw data, legacy documents, modern composed documents, and end-user created documents can be managed in a single solution while maintaining governance and compliance standards. In addition, DocBridge Domtrac addresses the challenges of increasingly complex multi-channel customer communications. Aligned with Compart’s data transformation and output management technology, DocBridge Domtrac provides an affordable system for efficient, flexible customer communications and document management and delivery via the channels customers prefer.

DocBridge Domtrac facilitates both the implementation of Gartner's ADF 2.0 as well as AIIM's ECM model. It is the only available software offering that achieves this by bringing new technology to existing legacy systems without disruption.
