To strengthen our international IT company in Böblingen (near Stuttgart), we are looking for a Software Test Engineer* in Testautomation (permanent position).

Your Future in the Compart Team
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for monitoring automated test execution and test results.
- Independent test maintenance and reproduction, incl. analysis and reporting of test deviations
- Independent further development of test automation
- Proactive optimization of the tests for the purpose of enhancement and long-term functionality
- Conception, creation and documentation of new test cases
- Active participation in agile teams (Scrum) and mutual technical support in the tester team
- Work with CI and versioning systems as well as WIKI and ticket systems
- Minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university studies (e.g. computer science, engineering)
- Ideally several years of professional experience in software testing or an ISTQB certification
- Programming experience in the automation of tests (e.g. with Groovy, Java, Typescript, REST-assured)
- Testing experience under operating systems such as Windows, Linux, AIX and Solaris with tools such as Bash and Batch as well as XML
- Solution oriented, analytical and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the German and/or English language, in word and script
