Compart: Document and Output Management

BÖWE SYSTEC AG and Compart AG have entered into a technology partnership for the BÖWE One Software Suite. BÖWE One is an end-to-end information platform, designed for a wide range of information management needs for production print and mail companies, such as document quality and integrity as well as production management. The Data Management module provides new enhancements and capabilities for mailers: integrating data processing activities with production mail printing and finishing activities. Mailers can now start tracking and managing information from the arrival of digital "print ready" data.

BÖWE One Data Management provides a scalable software solution for sorting data for minimizing postage costs and at the same time optimizing the production on post processing systems. Data Management also provides the tools to prepare data for various output channels such as central or decentralized printers, e-mail, archives or Web portals.

With this partnership, BÖWE SYSTEC AG benefits from Compart's large experience and technical expertise with print stream conversion, optimization and Output Management. BÖWE SYSTEC will market and sell Convert, ReCompose Basic and ReCompose products to the EMEA, South American and Asian markets. With the combined experience of print streams and the mailroom, research & development teams are also benefiting from the partnership, developing new ways to optimize production and workflows within the print & mailroom environment. The products are adapted to modern mailroom requirements and deliver connectivity to BÖWE One Item Workflow. This enables BÖWE SYSTEC to provide a fully integrated software solution that starts with centralized output management and document tracking one step earlier at the print stream level – giving BÖWE SYSTEC AG a competitive advantage in the document processing market.
